So können Sie Wartezeiten reduzieren, indem Sie nämlich ab jetzt auch Online Rezepte beantragen, dafür gelten folgende Voraussetzungen:
- Die Medikation ist in unserem System hinterlegt, d.h. Sie müssen die Ordination mindestens einmal im Monat mit Ihrer E-Card aufsuchen
- Ihr Rezept wird binnen nur eines Werktages auf Ihre E-Card hinterlegt und ist damit in der Apotheke abholbereit
- Telefonisch können Rezepte AUSSCHLIESSLICH nur außerhalb der Ordinationszeiten unter 01 214 66 10 beantragt werden
- Oder: Rezept von Montag bis Sonntag unter der E-Mail Adresse: patient@arztgemeinschaft.at anfragen

Dear Patients! You can reduce waiting times by now requesting prescriptions online. The following conditions apply: Your medication is stored in our system, meaning you must visit the doctor's office at least once a month with your e-card. Your prescription will be stored on your e-card within just one business day and will then be ready for collection at the pharmacy. Prescriptions can ONLY be requested by phone outside of office hours at +43 1 214 66 10. Alternatively, you can request a prescription from Monday to Sunday by emailing patient@arztgemeinschaft.at.
